Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Terrible Terrible Terrible. The hotel itself contains 7 rooms. You would expect if you booked all the room, all of the space would be reserved for you. When we show up, they tell us there is a party going on from 6-10:30 in the night??? Absolutely unexceptable. The place is already so small and not much to do then they give away the one place where our group can use as a common place. The bar was already set low and then next the manager has the audacity to ask us to let go of one of our rooms that we have already previously booked fully for a night so he can have others come and stay. You already have a terrible place that there is nothing to do but then on top of that how can you ask guests that you have already booked to give away a room they have for one night… no common decency at all. The hotel also contains a restaurant that’s apparently open to the public with a pretty big menu. When we ask for half the things, they say that they don’t have it or they won’t make it because they have to make it in a quantity. Why are you putting items on the menu that you are not willing to make or just never have? This hotel does not deserve 3 stars at all. The basic things you expect to have can’t even be met. It’s crazy how indecent this experience was and I definitely will not be coming again and neither should u be coming here.

We were recommended this restaurant by our Kochi host so thought to give it a try. The service is very hit and miss with quite a lot of miscommunication between us and the very young waiting staff. The food is fine but some items were not available so make sure you know what you are ordering. There was a mis-order which they didn't charge us for so that is a plus. Overall it's ok if you need to grab food but we wouldn't return.

4 of us visited their restro (outdoors) . The food there was literally waste. They served just 3 main course and ordered two non veg curries which by the way was just filled with uncooked veggies and scattered pieces of non veg items . They served us the porota which was alredy old enough and steamed up and given to us . The outdoor seating was wet and the staff was reluctant to clean it. The service there is an absolute zero. There Was not even a bar of soap for handwash. And the water from the tap was so powerful we had to wait for 5 minutes to get the palm fully covered with water, (sarcasm, cause the water service was poor). The waiter plus acted like a total freak to us. Spoke with this kinda attitude that it was at his mercy we are receiving food and some kinda charity. The service was soo poor. Food sucked like anything. And the beer was the only part we enjoyed for 5 mins cause soon after that the waiter was rushing us to finish our food and drinks , obviously he wanted to leave and pass his duty Time . We had just one beer to finish and one of us had to drink it with one chug cause the waiter guy was lurking around our table like a predator. We actually wanted to complain this to the manager. But we saw him leave as soon as the food arrived, Relatable?! . Foof

Firstly, I just want to know that is there any rule that If we entered there with friends, tge staffs will say that they dont serve liquors in the lawns. They only serve liquors to the family. Bachelors are not allowed in the lawns. Pretty weird rule. The behaviour of the manager was very rude. "Ivide inganeya" (We are like this) was the reply. Highly disappointed with the service.

A well maintained back water heritage property

A very well maintained water front property . The rooms are well maintained , pool and lawn facing back water it great place to spend evening and dinner . The place is pretty near to town as well .It also has bar attached ,that way easy to get beverages and food as well . The breakfast is although pretty ordinary could have more options though . One general warning keep doors closed in evening and don't let mosquitos in .
